Meeting called to order by President Jerome Lee at approximately 7:05 PM.

Notices for the Annual General Meeting (June 5, 2018), Dumpster Day (May 12, 2018), and the tree planting endeavor along Kahl Avenue (April 28, 2018) were assembled and mailed to all homeowners. Reminders for upcoming events will be placed on the community website www.northgatehall.com.

New Business
An update was given on the receipt of the annual assessment. Two hundred forty-one (241) have been received to date. President Jerome Lee met with our community attorney on April 17, 2018, and provided a list of homeowners who had not paid. A letter from Attorney J. Carrol Holzer was prepared on that day and mailed to all delinquent homeowners requesting that the assessment of $100.00 and associated legal fees be paid by May 1, 2018.

Treasurer Joe Dulny provided a financial accounting on all funds to date. Receipts for incidental items i.e. Kinkos, postage, certified mail receipt, and office supplies were provided to him.

Payment was made to a contractor for the removal of the large downed pine tree behind Kilbride Road as well as some smaller tree branches felled by the wind storm on March 2, 2018.

President Lee completed the 2018 tax form for the Association; while we do not pay any taxes the form must be completed and submitted each year.

Old Business
Go ahead was given to SK Lawn and Landscaping to complete the stonework to the end of Variation Road behind homes on the odd side.
